This role leads evidence-based, trauma-informed group sessions that support clients’ recovery. It also contributes to coordinated care through accurate group documentation and communication of relevant client observations to the clinical team.

What you'll do

• Facilitate mental health and substance use disorder groups using evidence-based and trauma-informed approaches
• lead psychoeducational, coping skills, and relapse prevention groups
• foster a safe, respectful group environment
• complete group documentation and attendance records
• communicate relevant client observations to the clinical team
• follow HIPAA, ethical, and confidentiality requirements.
