Maintenance Supervisor

What you'll do

• Assist with routine cleaning, maintenance, and repairs, including power washing, striping, sweeping, and commercial painting
• help manage day-to-day projects and supervise maintenance crews
• assist with scheduling and timecard monitoring
• supervise project completion
• implement safety procedures
• report accidents, hazards, and suspected policy violations
• assist with cleanup
• inspect facilities and equipment
• ensure environmental and corporate compliance
• lead programs to improve client and customer satisfaction.

Why this role
