Senior Project Management Consultant with Hive Group LLC is a hybrid role based in Springfield, VA, with work at assigned government facilities at least one day per week and additional onsite days as needed. The estimated compensation range is $107,000–$124,000 annually. The consultant supports TSA’s Office of Trusted Traveler & Credentialing on enterprise initiatives involving passenger prescreening and transportation worker vetting. The role provides strategic advice and executive project management to help agency leaders evaluate programs, implement policy and process changes, manage deliverables, and align work with DHS Management Directive 102-01. It coordinates stakeholders and oversees governance, quality, risk, performance, and budget controls.

What you'll do

• Advise government leadership on strategic planning and program initiatives
• manage complex scopes, dependencies, schedules, plans, and governance
• conduct policy and process analysis and oversight reviews
• develop and deliver program documentation, decision papers, reviews, and briefings
• coordinate stakeholders to address risks and roadblocks
• and oversee quality methods, risk mitigation, performance metrics, and cost/budget monitoring.
