The Marketing Manager – Creative & Marketing role is onsite in Boston, MA, with annual pay of $90,000–$105,000. The position supports Jamestown’s Creative & Marketing Department and its Boston properties, including the Innovation and Design Building, Boston Design Center, Constitution Wharf, and 501 Boylston Street. The manager develops and executes marketing initiatives, events, partnerships, and content to strengthen property brands, support leasing, engage tenants, and advance placemaking. The role coordinates across property and corporate teams and tracks campaign performance and marketing return on investment.

• Execute property-level marketing programs
• coordinate with asset, property, construction, leasing, and development teams
• develop marketing plans and budgets
• forecast and analyze ROI and KPIs
• coordinate advertising
• manage social media and email channels
• plan and execute events and partnerships
• create digital and print collateral
• manage vendors
• support property tours and leasing presentations
• track and report marketing metrics.
