Senior Implementation Specialist

• provide proactive and reactive customer-environment support
• assist with root-cause analysis and remediation
• perform supported component-level upgrades when required
• review site technical requirements
• plan and prioritize tasks with the customer
• execute and track backlog work
• participate in daily reviews
• provide a project-conclusion report and demonstrate completed work.
