What you'll do

• Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate communications
• initiate and monitor background checks, drug screens, and DOT physicals
• start onboarding and complete Employee Action Forms as needed
• collect and verify I-9 documents
• manage ID badge access
• respond to candidate inquiries through the recruiting hotline
• register for, track, and attend career fairs and recruiting events
• travel as needed.
