What you'll do

• Provide companionship
• perform light housekeeping and laundry
• prepare meals and snacks
• assist with activities of daily living and personal hygiene
• transport clients to appointments and activities
• follow client care plans
• collaborate with the Home Helpers team and client families
• provide attendant care, home and community assistance, and non-medical transportation as specified by service plans.
