This working manager leads and develops the accounting team while carrying out daily accounting operations. The position supports accurate invoicing, cash application, payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting, while partnering across departments and improving processes and systems.

What you'll do

• Lead and develop the accounting team
• partner across teams and departments
• execute process and systems improvement projects
• generate and review daily invoices and resolve invoicing issues
• research sales orders and delivery details
• post and reconcile customer payments
• manage ACH payment setups and secure banking information
• review payment proposals
• perform account reconciliations
• review and prepare financial statements.
