General Manager — Collision Repair

The General Manager — Collision Repair role is onsite in Grants Pass, OR; pay is $90,000–$130,000 per year. The position has responsibility for the results and daily operations of Puget Collision’s assigned repair facility. The manager leads shop performance, customer service, workflow, profitability, and team development. The role uses operational and financial measures to meet sales and productivity goals while ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications and applicable requirements.

What you'll do

• Manage shop operations, workflow, profitability, costs, and team performance
• monitor key performance indicators and customer service
• develop sales strategies
• manage insurance direct repair program relationships and compliance
• prepare and review estimates
• ensure repairs meet manufacturer specifications
• oversee job costing, invoicing, budgets, payroll, scheduling, accounts receivable, training, HR programs, safety, and environmental compliance.
