What you'll do

  • Provide nonprofessional direct care to consumers in an inpatient behavioral health setting
  • participate in de-escalation activities and help keep consumers safe
  • model effective problem-solving and decision-making
  • assist with recreational and therapeutic activities
  • transport residents to and from medical appointments
  • help ensure scheduled programming is carried out.
