Customer Engineer — Field Service Technician

Job overview

The Customer Engineer (Field Service Technician) role is onsite in Seattle, WA. Pay is $20–$22 per hour. The technician represents the client while servicing automated teller machines (ATMs) and supporting financial-institution customers.

What you'll do

• Perform minor maintenance, repairs, and module-level component replacement on ATMs
• maintain parts inventory and records
• provide repair status reports
• diagnose issues using call information and ATM error logs
• own customer issues through resolution under service-level agreements
• follow security procedures at ATMs and financial institutions
• complete client-specific training and certifications
• and report calls and activity accurately and promptly.
