Leasing & Resident Experience Consultant — Shoreview

The Leasing & Resident Experience Consultant role is onsite at Greco’s Shoreview campus in Saint Paul, MN. Compensation is $25–$27 per hour plus potential performance bonuses. The role supports leasing across three Class A apartment communities totaling more than 600 units.

What you'll do

• Guide prospects from inquiry through tours, applications, lease execution, and move-in
• support renewals and resident retention
• respond to residents
• maintain knowledge of availability, pricing, floorplans, concessions, amenities, and policies
• screen applications and prepare leasing documents
• maintain accurate records and reporting
• support guest experience and turnover needs for the Airbnb
• and conduct outreach to build prospect traffic.
