What you'll do

• Operate excavators, skid steers, bulldozers, and other heavy equipment
• cut grade and trenches
• coordinate with pipe and concrete crews
• lay underground storm or sanitation sewer, drain, and water-main pipe
• move and grade earth and materials
• inspect equipment before and after use
• report defects and safety or quality issues
• follow safety procedures and assist coworkers as needed.
