What you'll do

• Lead physical and digital document intake, scanning, classification, extraction, quality control, exception handling, and distribution
• manage service-level tracking and recovery plans
• develop capacity and continuity plans
• maintain executive dashboards
• lead automation strategy and roadmap
• manage offshore and nearshore vendors
• build and develop the operations team
• partner with technical, finance, compliance, and business leaders
• manage budgets and forecasts.
