Maintenance Technical Lead

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, prioritize, assign, supervise, implement, and review maintenance and repair activities
• direct a small multi-trade maintenance crew
• comply with applicable agreements, codes, policies, and regulations
• develop maintenance strategies and improve policies
• troubleshoot automated testing systems
• oversee preventive maintenance
• prioritize work based on urgency and workforce availability
• maintain timekeeping and leave records
• coordinate janitorial services, environmental inspections, and waste pickups
• procure parts and rentals
• track maintenance performance
• maintain supplier and customer relationships and inventory.
