What you'll do

• Coordinate staffing and daily work distribution
• coach and supervise UM staff
• monitor productivity, denial ratios, and workflow
• support quality assurance and performance improvement
• apply screening criteria to assess medical necessity and level of care
• collaborate with physicians and physician advisors
• support admission certification and payer information
• monitor care plans and denials
• ensure documentation and required notices are completed
• train and orient staff.

Why this role
