What you'll do

• Oversee post-trade processing for futures and derivatives, including trade capture, allocations, confirmations, expirations, exercises, assignments, settlements, and exceptions
• manage trade, position, cash, fee, and account reconciliations
• support retail account operations and escalated service issues
• partner with Product, Trading, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Technology on products and market access
• support regulatory documentation, reporting, audits, and inquiries
• maintain controls and escalation procedures
• improve workflows and automation
• coordinate with clients, partners, exchanges, and vendors
• maintain procedures and training materials.
