Weekend Controls Technician

The Weekend Controls Technician is an onsite role based in Olathe, KS, with a starting pay of $27/hr plus a $3 shift differential. This position supports the maintenance department at Marvin, a leading window and door manufacturer, by ensuring production equipment reliability. This role is responsible for troubleshooting complex electrical, mechanical, and PLC-based issues on production machinery. The technician will perform preventative maintenance, document repairs in the EAM system, and collaborate with technical staff to optimize equipment performance.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and PLC problems
• perform preventative maintenance

• maintain program backups
• assist with machine improvements
• use digital multimeters
• set up variable frequency drives
• troubleshoot servo and induction motors.
