What you'll do

• Supervise and support RNs, LPNs, and CNAs during the assigned shift
• provide direct resident care, including medication administration and treatments
• respond to clinical concerns, changes in condition, and emergencies
• ensure documentation and regulatory compliance
• complete clinical assessments and follow up on physician orders
• mentor nursing team members
• coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed
• communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
