Leasing Consultant

What you'll do

• Welcome prospective residents and provide apartment tours
• build relationships and identify housing needs
• follow up with leads by phone, email, and text
• guide prospects through applications and move-ins
• process rental applications
• provide service to current residents
• assist with retention and renewals
• maintain knowledge of availability, pricing, amenities, and events
• maintain leasing spaces
• participate in outreach marketing and resident events
• and partner with the Property Director and onsite team.
