What you'll do

• Provide childcare and document shift activities
• support residents’ physical care, behavior, and service-plan goals
• build caring relationships and model appropriate conduct
• organize group activities
• facilitate medication dispersal and medical visits
• assist with individual service plans
• assist in training new personnel.
