What you'll do
- Conduct classroom observations and provide actionable feedback
- coach educators on classroom management, engagement, lesson pacing, and instructional effectiveness
- support educator onboarding and training
- assist with performance assessments and development plans
- maintain a positive classroom culture
- support attendance and retention
- monitor curriculum delivery, student progress, and skill development
- assist with licensure readiness and evaluations
- collaborate with the Campus Director on academic initiatives and SSA duties
- support compliance and escalate academic risks.
