What you'll do
- Oversee a customer caseload and coordinate child-care referrals
- enroll eligible children in appropriate care settings
- promote parental compliance with agreements and explain rights and attendance responsibilities
- track attendance and service utilization
- enter eligibility, demographic, and service information into designated systems
- assist with quality-assurance monitoring
- provide process information and support to parents and providers
- assist with provider agreements and reimbursement inquiries. Recruitment, processing, and monitoring of local relative providers may be part of the role.
