Store Associate

Job overview

The Store Associate role is onsite in Salem, OR. Pay is $21–$26 per hour. The associate supports Batteries Plus customers by helping them find products and technical solutions for their needs. The role exists to provide knowledgeable customer service and support store operations, including sales transactions, battery services, stocking, and upkeep. It contributes to positive customer experiences and the store’s daily performance.

What you'll do

• Greet customers, assess needs, recommend products, and explain promotions or warranties. Process sales and payments
• assist with battery testing, installation, and rebuilds. Load, unload, and stock products, maintain organized displays and store upkeep, and follow safety rules and PPE requirements.
