Director of Operations, West Coast

The Director of Operations role is onsite and requires the candidate to be located in Las Vegas, NV, or Los Angeles, CA. Pay is $175,000–$185,000 per year, with an annual bonus and options. The role leads Museum of Ice Cream’s multi-site operations and guest experience.

What you'll do

• Lead portfolio standards, systems, and strategy
• coach and develop general managers and site leaders
• manage KPIs, revenue goals, labor, expenses, and unit and portfolio P&Ls
• standardize processes, hiring, onboarding, and training
• improve customer service and operational efficiency
• coordinate across operations and other teams
• support food and beverage standards and equipment training.
