The role is Occuspace’s first dedicated finance leadership position, building the financial and operational backbone of its commercial real estate data business. The director owns day-to-day finance while advising the CEO and executive team. By establishing scalable accounting, forecasting, reporting, operational, and people processes, the role helps leadership make informed decisions as the company grows.

What you'll do

• Own general ledger and monthly close
• manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash, expenses, and corporate cards
• build budgets, forecasts, and financial models
• prepare board and investor reporting
• advise leadership on pricing, hiring, capital allocation, and business cases
• manage payroll, revenue operations, systems, vendors, contracts, and insurance
• establish approval workflows and controls
• oversee onboarding, benefits, HRIS, headcount, and compensation administration.
