What you'll do

• Oversee shop operations and daily mechanic workflow
• direct mechanics and prioritize repairs
• maintain parts inventory and order parts
• schedule harvest equipment repairs and maintain records
• maintain service trucks and fleet vehicles
• build vendor relationships
• fill in for mechanics as needed
• travel with the harvest crew when needed
• monitor product flow and relieve harvest operators when necessary
• complete safety audits and enforce GMP, safety rules, and company procedures
• assist with repairs.
