What you'll do

• Supervise delivery of medications and treatments and supervise RN/LPN charge nurses, CNAs, and medication aides where applicable. Complete admission and routine resident assessments
• monitor resident conditions and respond to changes
• support activities of daily living
• maintain timely documentation
• communicate with interdisciplinary teams and families
• follow infection-control and safety standards.
