What you'll do

• Provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages.
• Administers medications and treatments as ordered.
• Contributes to the assessment of residents.
• Ensures the health, comfort, and safety of residents.
• Collaborates with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Documents resident interactions and outcomes.
• Counsels residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks.

What we're looking for

Education

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Experience

Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN.
