What you'll do

• follow food safety, sanitation, cleaning, and storage procedures
• label and date stored food
• monitor food handling to prevent contamination and reduce cost
• clean kitchen, storage areas, dishes, utensils, and equipment
• respond to dining-room concerns
• suggest menu or recipe changes to use leftovers and supplies.
