What you'll do

• Answer telephone inquiries and provide accurate information
• operate the switchboard and answer calls within three rings
• transfer calls and send or receive faxes
• log wake-up calls and incoming packages
• follow through on guest requests
• complete shift checklists, reports, records, and logs
• verify daily rates and availability
• maintain organized work areas.
