What you'll do

• Conduct apartment tours
• answer phone calls and emails
• maintain knowledge of neighborhood specials and pricing and notify relevant parties of needed adjustments
• schedule resident appointments about renewal rates and leasing options
• inspect units before move-in
• complete move-in paperwork and lease applications
• notify prospective residents
• monitor grounds and raise concerns with maintenance
• follow standards for paperwork, resident files, budgets, and controlled expenses.
