Apartment Maintenance Technician

What you'll do

• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and carpentry in occupied apartments
• respond to resident service requests
• complete unit make-readies and turnovers
• conduct preventive maintenance and property inspections
• collaborate with the maintenance team on projects
• participate in a rotating compensated after-hours emergency on-call schedule.
