The Occupational Therapist, Home Health role is an onsite position in Winston-Salem, NC, treating patients in their homes. The hourly pay range is $37.75–$56.60. The therapist evaluates and treats patients to promote independence, safety, and quality of life, helping them regain or maintain daily living skills after illness, injury, or functional decline. The role develops individualized treatment plans with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members and delivers services under physician-approved plans and agency policies.

What you'll do

• Deliver occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care
• ensure the plan addresses assessment findings or document the rationale when it does not
• maintain the safety and effectiveness of therapy services
• complete timely and accurate documentation
• supervise a home health aide when an RN is not active in the case.
