The Pre-Apprentice Maintenance Mechanic is an onsite role based in Lomira, WI, with a pay range of $18.00 to $25.00 per hour. This position supports the maintenance team at Quad. This role exists to provide a structured path into a world-class maintenance environment through a pre-apprentice training program. The trainee gains hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing equipment, including robotics, while completing related instruction to earn a State of Wisconsin Certificate of Apprenticeship.

What you'll do

• Participate in an 8,000-hour structured apprenticeship.
• Learn safety and operations, mechanical systems, hydraulics and pneumatics, installation and setup, maintenance, and machining and fabrication.
• Receive hands-on mentoring in a manufacturing environment.
• Complete related classes.
