Food Service Technician

Job overview

The Food Service Technician role is onsite in Saint Louis, MO, with a Tuesday–Thursday daytime schedule of 24 hours per week; compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Prepare and portion meals and snacks according to recipes and dietary requirements, including allergies
• follow food handling, sanitation, and storage practices
• receive, rotate, date, and store supplies using FIFO
• monitor inventory and communicate supply needs
• maintain clean kitchen and dining areas
• complete temperature logs, production counts, prep lists, and cleaning checklists
• coordinate meal requirements with the food service team and program management
• assist with menu updates and meal deliveries
• report equipment issues
• wash and sanitize kitchen equipment.
