What you'll do

• Respond to crisis referrals while on call and arrive at the survivor’s location within required timeframes
• address immediate needs
• provide field-based advocacy, case management, and emotional support
• conduct assessments and develop service plans
• coordinate referrals and document services
• support safety planning with the multidisciplinary team
• attend case staffings
• complete required reports and records
• build relationships with service organizations
• provide transportation when permitted and feasible.
