What you'll do

• Operate and maintain commercial dishwashers
• clean and sanitize kitchen surfaces, floors, storage areas, and trash receptacles
• follow hazardous communication and chemical storage guidelines
• receive and verify deliveries
• organize storage using FIFO
• monitor supplies and kitchen inventory
• assist with portioning and plating meals for resident dietary needs
• transport food carts
• perform basic equipment maintenance and report malfunctions
• dispose of food and waste according to policy.
