What you'll do

• Represent private equity sponsors in private equity and M&A transactions
• advise on portfolio company acquisitions and dispositions
• assist with structuring, due diligence, negotiation, documentation, and closing
• draft, review, and negotiate transaction documents

• manage multiple transactions and deadlines.
