What you'll do

• Welcome and engage members and guests
• explain workouts, the app, challenges, equipment, and products
• generate leads through referrals, partnerships, social media, and promotions
• conduct membership consultations and follow up with prospects
• support retention
• assist with marketing and community outreach
• maintain prospect records
• complete opening, closing, and cleaning tasks
• maintain required HOTWORX, CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications.
