What you'll do
- Plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the nursing department
- maintain quality assurance and monitor clinical KPIs
- report to the Administrator
- coordinate nursing services with other resident services
- monitor adherence to policies and evidence-based practice
- conduct performance evaluations and competency processes
- assist with the nursing budget
- determine staffing needs
- provide leadership and in-service training
- participate in state and federal surveys
- collaborate with the Medical Director.
