What you'll do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from requisition through offer acceptance and onboarding
• collaborate with hiring managers on staffing needs and recruiting plans
• source candidates for aviation, maintenance, operational, and corporate roles
• interview candidates
• maintain talent pipelines
• partner with departments on pilot recruitment, technical evaluations, and FAA compliance
• maintain candidate records and pre-employment requirements
• report recruiting metrics and identify process improvements.
