What you'll do

• Staff the front desk
• greet and screen visitors
• verify identification and access authorization
• issue visitor credentials and maintain visitor records
• monitor access points, visitor activity, alarms, and communications systems
• report unusual conditions
• respond to incidents and requests for assistance
• coordinate with site contacts and emergency responders as appropriate
• answer calls and provide directions.
