The Salesforce Business Analyst — Commerce Cloud role is onsite in Waller, TX; compensation is not specified. The work helps improve dealer and customer commerce experiences and supports adoption of Commerce Cloud capabilities across internal users and customers.

What you'll do

• Support Salesforce B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud administration and configuration
• gather and prioritize stakeholder requirements
• develop Jira user stories and acceptance criteria
• support catalog, merchandising, promotions, and pricing
• maintain data quality and conduct audits
• improve ecommerce processes
• plan and coordinate user acceptance testing
• contribute to Agile planning and backlog grooming
• troubleshoot platform issues
• support training and platform updates
• assist with integrations
• and produce performance reports and dashboards.
