What you'll do

• Provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Transportation, PAL, and LPS
• supervise and develop program staff
• monitor service delivery, staffing, workloads, resources, quality, and compliance
• oversee safe transportation, youth transition services, and out-of-region placement visits
• guide complex cases and crises
• build partnerships with families, providers, agencies, courts, schools, and other child-welfare partners
• analyze outcomes and lead improvement strategies.
