The Certified Medication Aide — Mornings and Evenings role is onsite in Tyler, TX. Pay is $16–$18 per hour. Providence Park Rehabilitation and Skilled Nursing provides clinical care, rehabilitation, wellness, and supportive services for patients and residents. The aide administers and records medications and treatments under licensed-nurse supervision, following physician orders, facility policy, and applicable regulations. Careful observation and reporting help the nursing team monitor residents’ responses and maintain safe medication practices.

What you'll do

• Administer oral and topical medications as ordered by a physician under licensed-nurse supervision and in accordance with regulations and facility policy. Demonstrate knowledge of the five rights of medication administration
• record medications and treatments
• observe and report reactions or side effects
• administer PRN medications according to policy and regulations.
