What you'll do

• Source, engage, and place finance and accounting candidates
• build talent pipelines through sourcing tools, referrals, networking, and outreach
• screen candidates for technical fit, compensation expectations, motivation, and career goals
• manage multiple searches and maintain ATS or CRM records
• prepare candidate summaries, coordinate interviews, support offers, and partner with clients and internal stakeholders
• use market insight and recruiting technology, including AI tools where appropriate.
