What you'll do

• Provide direct nursing care
• supervise and direct licensed practical/vocational nurses and certified nursing assistants
• participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers
• assess and document changes in resident status
• carry out physician orders and administer medications
• perform ordered wound treatments and assigned direct-care skills
• conduct rounds
• collaborate with the interdisciplinary team.
