What you'll do

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close
• prepare financial statements and variance analyses
• oversee reconciliations and AP/AR
• track cash and funding
• execute wires and transfers
• monitor debt covenants
• support budgeting and forecasting
• review property management reports
• audit development spending
• manage lien waivers, GAAP compliance, internal controls, 1099 processing, and vendor management.
