What you'll do

• Assist with client admissions and orientation
• guide behavioral health technicians
• conduct client safety rounds every 30 minutes
• manage BHT schedules to ensure shift coverage
• maintain infection-control precautions
• participate in staff meetings and lead BHT meetings
• ensure required training
• protect client confidentiality
• respond to safety concerns
• submit lab requisitions.
